Optical heterodyning laboratory

Summary:

In this laboratory, optical methods based on heterodyning or/and homodyning are developed for measurement micrometer roughness' and weak surface characteristics of samples, including subsurface features.

Equipment:

We developed our own systems by integration. We use the knife-edge detector, and the knife-edge vibrating homodyne detector.
