Dr. Fabián Ambriz studied a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering at the National Polytechnic Institute. Later he completed a master's degree in Materials Sciences at the same institution. He earned a scholarship grant from the government of Quebec to complete his Ph.D. studies in Energy and Materials Sciences at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique, Varennes-Canada. After completing his Ph.D. studies, he completed a two-year postdoctoral research stay at the Plasma Research Center of Concordia University (Montreal, Canada). Since June he has been a Researcher in the CIO's Energy Storage area and is a member of the National System of Researchers, Level I.
