Bachelor degree in Electromechanical Engineering at the Technological Institute of León from 1989 to 1993. He studied PhD in Optics Research Center from 1995 to 2000. His postdoctoral work was done at the company LaserSharp Corp. in Hopkinton MA , USA from June 2001 to December 2002.
