Design of substrates for SERS and applications in detection of biomolecules and pesticides.

Spectrograph (Andor Technology, 500 mm focal distance, UV-VIS-NIR), Uv-vis hand-held spectrometer Uv-Vis (StellarNet), Lock-In Amplifier, Argon laser (457, 488, 514 nm), diodes laser (473, 532, 780, 1200 nm), IN detector (HgCdTe), CCD camara for fluorescence, Purifier of water milli-Q.
